You can't come to a sub shop and expect 5 Star restaurant service. You get what you pay for basically. Jimmy Johns is just GREAT subs! It's the only place I can go to that will do a lettuce wrap, for those that are gluten challenged. The bread is pretty delish too!! I always order the "vito" #5. It's simple italian and I always order hot peppers on the side. I've been to this location quite a few times. It's usually clean and quick. Only thing more that I could want is for them to deliver to my house.. I never seem to be in range even though I'm a 10 min drive away.

I am not a sandwich gal but I have a fling for Jimmy John's. I love the bread. It feels fresh and good for you kind of sandwich. Fast service and friendly staff. Too bad they don't deliver to centennial high school. The corporate limits the radius they can go. What a bummer! I could have ordered the sandwich for my kid who has sport practices or school events. I can see the fundraising opportunity there. The corporate is missing out.

Wow...so I had nothing but great things to say about this place until they pulled this on me today...called up to place an order, and was placed on hold. When they came back on, they told me that they don't deliver to me. I'm literally less than a mile away, and the kicker is, they delivered to me before! Now they can't for some reason. Also, I asked the gentleman on the line how far they deliver...he said Rogers Avenue. I live off of Rogers Avenue... He mentioned something about corporate and auditors. Consistency is the key to customer loyalty, JJ's.

This location is probably one of the best Jimmy John's I have been to. I work close by and whenever I feel like having a sandwich for lunch, I stop by. All of the staff at this place is SUPER friendly even if they are busy or not. Service at this location is super fast. I can usually place an order and leave all within 5-8 minuets. I have tried almost ever sandwich except the tuna (can never find a place that makes its how I like) and everyone of them are good. What I usually do on every sandwich I order is add on Dijon mustard and hot pepper (not really that hot but gives the sandwich an extra tangy kick). Well I think everyone knows the saying, "You been to one, you been to them all" but this location really makes you want to come back again. Also they offer delivery but I have never tried it before. Only thing I wish all Jimmy John's would do is the ability to toast your sandwich like Subway or Potbelly.

Skip this place. They're quick, but that's about it.

Yummy, the sandwich was very good and prepared quite fast. The meat, bread, cheese, and condiments were worth every penny spent. One thing needing work is the person taking the order. I cannot remember her name but she acted as if she did want to be there. Not friendly at all. I am glad my sandwich was prepared quickly and it tasted good. I want to give it 5 stars but just falls short.

Yeah, it's a Jimmy John's. Like any chain, you been to one, you been to them all. Except this time, when I went, I was immediately greeted by the workers. That's cool. I placed my order.... and it literally was ready in like under 2 minutes. I was planning to send an email on my phone while I waited... and I got the sub before I got around to opening the email app. I don't know if the workers were just in a really good mood or something... but I left with a good mood. And I'll probably return too when I'm in the area.

Top-notch customer service. Yummylicious food. What else can I say? Every time I go here, the staff greets me like I'm a long lost friend. They are fun, energetic and make each customer feel appreciated. The service is super quick, and the subs are always on point. I can't find a bad thing to say about Jimmy Johns. I love it!

It is better than subway. The sandwiches here have high quality meat and soft chewy rolls. The staff is overly friendly, sometimes creepily friendly, but still very nice. The cookies are very good. Big and soft chocolate chunk cookies stare at you as you order. The chip selection is poor. There are only 3 varieties, so unless you are one of the barbecue eaters you are out of luck. The only thing that bugs me is having to order extra meat. I know this Maryland and good sandwiches are hard to find. However having one slice of meat and one slice of cheese does not a sandwich make.

Love the place!! Food is great, service is always quick and very friendly. Go a few times a week for lunch.

The food is consistent owing to the fact everything is pretty much pre-made. The service at this location leaves something to be desired. Not rude, just unenthusiastic. The only female working today looking annoyed, spending the entire time I was there standing back, rolling her eyes. Come here to grab a quick sandwich, in a cold and sterile environment.

In my book, Jersey Mike's easily bests Jimmy John's. Still, a serviceable sandwich, damned fast. A bit thin on the protein, though, compared to other shops in this segment (JM's, Potbelly, etc.). Flavor wasn't bad, but it was gone almost as fast as it was served. Wanted a more substantial sandwich.

I work really close to jimmy john's and OFTEN go to get sandwiches. The friendliness of the cashiers is honestly really refreshing and everything comes out speedily and efficiently. I noticed that they scoop out some of the bread and are very generous with mayo which is probably why I think it tastes so good. I've had the gargantuan, the vito, and tuna sandwich and "unwich (lettuce wrap)" with hots. The sweet barbecue chips are really good too!
